Taylor Gibson has lived 16 years in Dyer with her family. She is a graduate of Lake Central High School and Indiana University Bloomington, where she earned a degree in International Studies. Taylor serves as an elementary school special education paraprofessional.
Why She's Running
Her commitment to community drives Taylor's campaign for Dyer Town Council. She got her start in local politics through hands-on community organizing — knocking doors and talking with neighbors across Indiana about the issues that matter to them. Now she's running with a clear focus: strengthening Dyer's infrastructure so the town keeps pace with the families who call it home. She believes good government starts with listening, and she's committed to bringing that same door-to-door, neighbor-first approach to the Council.
